Gray Dawes Group has officially rebranded VCK Travel under the Gray Dawes Travel name as the “next step” in the integration process of the Netherlands-based TMC.
VCK Travel, which was founded in 1947, was acquired by UK-based Gray Dawes in early 2024 as part of a drive to increase its presence in Europe.
In a statement, Gray Dawes said the rebranding was a “significant milestone in the company's global expansion strategy”.
David Bishop, managing director of Gray Dawes Travel Netherlands, added: "We are incredibly excited to bring the Gray Dawes brand to Europe. The Netherlands has always been a key market for business travel and this rebrand establishes our long-term commitment to the region.
“This move is not just about changing our name - it's about expanding our capabilities and leveraging the strengths of a truly global organisation to provide even greater value to our clients.”
The company said that Gray Dawes Travel Netherlands would “align its operations, technology platforms and customer service framework with the wider Gray Dawes Group”.
“The rebranding of VCK Travel to Gray Dawes Travel reflects our commitment to innovation, service excellence and a customer- first philosophy," explained Bishop.
Gray Dawes, which was ranked as the 15th largest TMC in Europe in 2024, has expanded into the North America and Australia markets following the acquisitions of other TMCs in the past two years. The company has also announced that it has rebranded its Australian TMC Verve Travel as Gray Dawes Travel from 1 April.
