Travel management company ATPI Group has launched a new events platform, which combines guest management and travel booking capabilities.
The TMC said its proprietary ATPI EventsHub tool is designed to “handle every aspect of events management” within a single platform.
Event organisers can use ATPI EventsHub, which has now been launched globally, to book and manage flights, hotels, transfers and inventories.
The service offers 24/7 offline support from travel consultants, alongside a customisable “white label” template allowing clients to use their brands across “all guest touchpoints”. It can also handle registrations, communications and real-time tracking.
ATPI said the tool’s automation allows it to eliminate previously manual tasks with the promise that it can reduce planning time “by up to 30 per cent” for clients.
The new platform was trialled last year by a “select group” of ATPI clients and is due to be used by a customer at the Champions League Final in Munich next month.
