Saudi Arabian carrier Saudia has opened a new lounge at London Heathrow’s Terminal 4.
The lounge caters for first and business class passengers as well as members of Saudia’s Alfursan Gold frequent flyer programme.
Facilities include an international buffet and a private VIP area offering a la carte dining and a personalised butler service.
The lounge also features workspaces, high-speed wifi and charging stations. Other facilities include showers, prayer rooms and a quiet zone.
Rossen Dimitrov, chief guest experience officer at Saudia, said: “We are proud to offer our guests a premium space that combines comfort, luxury and cultural richness - setting a new benchmark for international travel.”
In a statement, Saudia said the opening of the lounge was part of its “strategic plan” to enhance services, which includes retrofitting aircraft with new cabins, improved inflight entertainment screens, and onboard internet connectivity.
