Singapore Airline’s budget carrier Scoot is to add a new route between Singapore and Vienna in its summer 2025 schedule.
Scoot will launch the new route to the Austrian capital on 3 June, with the service operating three times per week. The airline will use Boeing 787-8 aircraft with 329 seats across economy and business class cabins.
But the budget airline will drop its service from Singapore to Berlin from 28 March, which it currently serves via Athens. This will mean that Scoot will only fly non-stop to Vienna and Athens in Europe this summer.
Leslie Thng, Scoot’s CEO, said: “We remain committed to expanding our network and connecting passengers to new destinations around the world.
“As the only airline offering direct flights between Singapore and Vienna, we are thrilled to introduce this new service from June.”
Scoot’s new Singapore-Vienna service will operate on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
